What we do
From the spark of an idea to the final release, we support artists every step of the way — arranging songs, finding the right musicians, booking studios, and taking care of everything from travel and accommodation to food and flow. We guide the process through recording, mixing, and mastering, then handle the final steps of distribution, ensuring every credit is in place. Who we are
Meet A & J
We are Jose and Alexandra — two passionate music lovers bringing different strengths to the table. Jose, a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and arranger, carries music in his blood, having grown up in Cuba surrounded by incredible musicians and music all his life. He later deepened his craft at Berklee College of Music, where he explored a wide range of styles and collaborated with artists from all over the world. His work is rooted in the belief that music is a language of emotion — and he leads the musical and artistic vision of our label with that spirit. Alexandra has been immersed in the performing arts from a young age — dancing since she was six, later studying musical theatre and vocal coaching. She worked for several years as a musical performer and dance teacher across various styles. At Irarragorri Records, she brings that creative energy and into planning and logistics, making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Together with our skills and shared experience we aim to create a musical community where artists can feel safe and maximize their potential.
